At InspiredLiving.com, we give a 30-day money-back purchase guarantee on all our products, less shipping costs.
Purchasing any product can be a big decision – but it shouldn't be a risky one. Customer satisfaction and product quality is a priority with us at InspiredLiving.com, and that commitment to customer satisfaction
will always be the standard of doing business with us and the companies who supply our products.
Our Return Policy
There's virtually no risk to try any of our products. When you purchase a product from InspiredLiving.com, you have 30 days from the day you receive it to use and evaluate it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, then simply ship it back to us. The only exception
to our return policy is Venmar Air Exchangers. Once a Venmar unit has been installed, it CANNOT be returned. Our 30-Day money back guarantee only applies to new uninstalled units.
BEFORE YOU SHIP PRODUCT(S) BACK, make sure to call us at 503-537-0636 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, which you must display on the outside of the box. Inside the
box, please include either a copy of the original Sales Receipt or Invoice, or a sheet of paper with your name, address, phone number, reason for return and RMA number.
For our protection, we respectfully reserve the right to refuse and
return to sender any packages that do not display the RMA number. The
returned item(s) must be postmarked by the final day of your 30-day risk-free
guarantee period, which started the day you received delivery of the
goods, and must have the RMA number clearly written on the outside of
the box.
Please return the product with all the original packaging and the uncompleted
warranty card and owner's manual (if applicable). If you are returning
an air purifier, water or shower filter, body pillow or DPL unit
or other products with a resale value, they must be in saleable condition,
clean, undamaged and with all original packaging material and documentation.
Insurance and Delivery Confirmation is required. We are not responsible
for the loss or damage of returned items.

Once we receive your returned product(s), we will issue a refund check,
less shipping, as long as the conditions of our Return Policy are fully
met. We may assess a 15% or more restocking fee for returned products
that are damaged or do not comply with our Return Policy. If you have

Friday, Pacific Coast Time.
