You should lie down on the mat, which should be on a soft base
(like a bed or sofa), for 15 to 60 minutes depending on your
physical condition. Initially, to grow accustomed to the treatment,
the mat can also be placed on a chair and leaned upon. It is
recommended that the treatment lying on your back be done regularly
for 10 to 15 days prior to bedtime. While lying on the applicator
the discomfort of the pressure points should diminish after the
first 1-2 minutes. This will change to a warm, relaxing feeling
which is sustained throughout the period of the treatment. The skin
reddens from treatment with the applicator, which is quite normal.
