While this is a replacement filter for the CuZn cyst single canister water filter, it fits all CuZn canisters that use the 5-micron standard filter. Thus if you originally purchase a chlorine system with a 5-micron KDF 55 filter, you can upgrade it to a 1-micron filter. Just be aware that depending on the sediment and particulate in your water, you may need to replace this filter more frequently because it clogs more easily with the smaller pores.
